International No Diet Day is celebrated on May 6 and is a celebration of body acceptance, including fat acceptance and body shape diversity. When I was trying to think of what I could dress up as today I tried to think of what costume would most represent a non-diet mentality. And then I thought of the most celebrated larger body figure in the world – the sumo wrestler.
