Happy Halloween! For this years Halloween costume for the blog, I thought I’d take on the wig-queen herself Moira Rose from Schitt’s Creek.
Of all of her WONDERFUL costumes that she wore throughout all 6 seasons of Schitt’s Creek, in my opinion, none was more amazing and hilarious that the outfit she wore when she was the celebrant for David’s wedding. In the series finale “Happy Ending” as the celebrant for David and Patrick’s wedding her outfit channelled the Pope and Lady Godiva to make an absolute breath-taking costume:
From the moment I saw it, I knew I had to create it/wear it.
Note to those who will look to re-create this costume, curling the fringe of a wig into rollers and pinning it in the same style as Moira is REALLY HARD! It took my a few goes of this and I did it after I had done my make so sweated half of that off through the process :S So I know it’s not as neatly curled as it could be, but this is the best I could do in my works hot bathroom lol
