A couple of days ago an image surfaced on the internet of a diabolical-looking little girl holding an owl. Onced again the internet proved it was a magical place and a whole bunch of photoshop versions of the image were made thanks to Reddit. It was pretty funny and in the spirit of bringing you some 2015 topical costumes for Halloween, today I have create the Diabolical Owl Girl Meme Costume. Enjoy.
