Yesterday was Janelle Monae’s birthday. Janelle Monae is best known for her her menswear-inspired style and signature pompadour look, I saw her in concert earlier this year and she is amazing, so much energy and powerhouse voice. Please note that in order for me to achieve her hairstyle I had to literally hid a giant roller in there to get the shape.
