October 2 is Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi’s, commonly known as Mahatma Gandhi, birthday. He is known in India as the Father of the Nation, as he employed non-violent civil disobedience that led India to independence and inspired movements for non-violence, civil rights and freedom across the world. In honour of this great man I have decided to take him on as today’s theme.
