June 5 is Susan Lynch’s birthday. Susan is a Irish actress who played an ill-fated prostitute murdered by Jack the Ripper in From Hell. This is why I have chosen to take on a Jack the Ripper theme today, dressing as an ill-fated prostitute. Let me just add how AMAZING this costume from Smiffy’s is, they really do excel quality and style-wise when it comes to these old fashioned costumes (seen previously with my Baroque and Juliet costumes).
