January 24 is Ed Helms birthday, you would most likely recognise Helms for his role as Stu from The Hangover films. So today I have decided to dress as Stu from the second Hangover film where it is the night after his buck’s night and awakes with a face tattoo. To get the full effect of the tattoo I started off with a red smudged base before doing the black pattern so that it would look like a tender area post needle.
